O'Laughlin Inc. uses a survey program (OAD) that measures employee work temperaments and job behaviors. We hope to use this information to better understand, manage, and motivate people at all levels of the company. This survey is not a test - there are no right or wrong answers and it cannot be passed or failed. It is not a performance appraisal measure, nor does it measure skills or intellect.

The survey is broken out into 2 sections and will take you about 10-20 minutes to complete.

Section 1
In section one you will see a list of 110 adjectives. The directions will instruct you to select those words which you believe describe yourself.
Section 2
In section two you will see the same adjectives listed in the same order. This time you will be instructed to select those words which you believe describe how you must behave in your current work environment.
